Shipping & Replanting (Refund & Shipping Policy)
We want your new plants and art to arrive looking like they just left the nursery. Here is how we handle the journey from our garden to yours.
1. Shipping: The Journey
- Dispatch Times: We usually pack and ship orders within 2–4 business days. We don’t ship on Fridays or weekends to ensure your plants don’t spend Sunday sitting in a dark sorting office.
- Packaging: We use eco-friendly, “breathable” packaging wherever possible. Our pots are wrapped securely to prevent cracks during their travels.
- Market Collection: If you’ve seen us at a local market and want to “Click & Collect” to save on shipping, just select the local pickup option at checkout!
2. Replanting: Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your haul. However, because we deal with living organisms and custom handmade goods, we have a few specific rules:
- Living Plants: If your plant arrives looking “wilted” beyond repair, please take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept returns on plants after they’ve been in your care for a long period (they are sensitive souls!), but we will always offer advice or a replacement for transit damage.
- Handmade Pots & Art: If your pot or painting arrives damaged, let us know immediately. We offer a full refund or replacement for items broken during delivery.
- Change of Heart: For non-living items (like jewelry or unplanted pots), you have 14 days to return them in their original, “pristine” condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the plant parent.
3. The “Plant Parent” Guarantee
If you’re struggling with a plant you bought from us, don’t panic! Reach out to us via the Contact Page. We’d much rather give you free advice to help your plant thrive than have you feel like a “plant assassin.”
