First and foremost, I am a gardener by nature not necessarily by trade, so having had a keen interest in growing strawberries from a young age right through collecting cactii in my formative years and succulents beyond, the therapeutic benefits of making contact with nature is not just under my skin, its also under my fingernails!
Having traveled the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, one little genre of plants really pulled on my heart strings, the subtle, and surreal succulent. With them as a target species in mind, I have ventured through the home counties in search of nurseries, and garden centers, and sometimes shopping centers, collecting specimens and bringing them home. Over the years I have acquired a formidable collection so much so that they started to propagate, and it’s that progeny that makes up Boba’s Plants!
