Delivery & Shipping
Every planter from Boba’s Plants is individually hand-cast in artisan cement — a fragile work of art that deserves careful handling from our workbench to your door. We’ve chosen our carriers specifically for their reliability with fragile goods, and we pack every order with that same care.
UK Delivery Options
Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your order. We offer the following UK services:

Delivery times are from the date of dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
International Delivery
We ship internationally via DPD and Parcelforce. Rates and transit times are calculated live at checkout based on your destination country and order weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
How We Pack Your Order
Our planters are crafted from cement and concrete — beautiful but fragile. Every order is packaged with care:
- Each planter individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap
- Packed in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box
- Fragile labels applied clearly to all sides of the parcel
- All shipments are fully tracked throughout delivery
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Despite our careful packaging, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and the item before unpacking fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@bobasplants.com
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible
