Welcome to the Boba’s Plants family. By browsing our site or adopting one of our green friends, you’re agreeing to the “soil conditions” laid out below. Please read them carefully—no green thumb required.

1. Our Digital Greenhouse

We do our absolute best to ensure that every photo of a plant, hand-cast pot, or Marina’s Art painting is as true-to-life as possible. However, plants are living things and art is handmade; slight variations in leaf shape, variegation, or pot texture are part of the natural beauty.

2. The Price of Sunshine

All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to adjust prices (sometimes the cost of compost goes up!) or discontinue products. If we made a “botanical blunder” and priced something incorrectly, we’ll contact you before shipping.

3. “Beyond Boba” Collections

When you purchase items from our sisters—Marina’s Art or Boho Designs—you are supporting independent creators. While Boba’s Plants handles the transaction, the specific craftsmanship is unique to each artist.

4. Intellectual Property

The photos, descriptions, and the Boba’s Plants logo are our “seeds.” Please don’t harvest them for your own commercial use without asking us first.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the weight of your order. We ship UK orders via EVRi (2–3 working days) and Parcelforce (Express 24 Next Day, Express 48 two-day). International shipping is available via DPD and Parcelforce. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email. Boba’s Plants is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
